Can't stop this day from ending
I want to carry on and on
As time slips through our fingers
though I'd like to try.
all throughout the night,
I'll always hold you tight.
Even we have need for dreams,
though when the sun peeks through the clouds
This day I will remember,
it's hard to say goodbye.
it's time to take our flight.
won't give you up at night.

This is kinda interesting (at least I think it is). If you haven't noticed, this is the same poem as the previous one, 8., it just is all switched around. I don't really know what I was thinking... Oh yeah, now I remember. It was very early at night. :D I tend to do that when writing...
So, basically, I realised that all the first lines, second lines, etc. had something in common with each other so I put them together. It kinda works. I could probably switch it around so the first line of the first stanza is with the second line of the second stanza, etc. and it would work. Kinda like taking the beginning of Snow White, the middle of Cinderella, and the end of The Little Mermaid and making a new hybrid story.
So, the beautiful princess is chased away by the evil motherly figure, she meets a guy and falls in love, and she gets her legs and voice back and marries the dude. :D Watcha think? ;)
